Do you allow children's parties/events?

EM is a luxury upscale micro event space, at this time, we do not allow any children's events.

What's included in an event rental.

Access to over 1600 sqft of space. The studio is pre-styled to take the guesswork out of planning your event.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

EM can transform the event space to banquet style with round tables and chairs.

What is your maximum occupancy?

EM can accommodate up to 60 guests

Do you have a kitchen?

EM has a kitchenette equipped with a sink, full size refrigerator, microwave, and bar area.

Do you allow outside catering?

Absolutely, we are open to external catering.

What is a cleaning fee?

If you'd like us to take care of your mess, simply include the cleaning fee to your invoice, and we'll manage the disposal of your trash, clean dirty surfaces, and sweep the floors. Your only task is to ensure the removal of your personal belongings.

*If you opt not to include the cleaning fee, it is essential that you take on all cleaning responsibilities yourself.
